About Goodfellas Duo
We are a versatile vocal and piano duo and have chosen tunes that we both really love to play and feel are real classics. The original arrangements of many of these songs are masterpieces and we’ve chosen to remain true to many of these, bringing life to the originals whilst stamping our own unique and unmistakeable mark on them.
We cover a wide range of styles:
Ratpack (Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tony Bennett)
Classic rock songs like those of Elton John and Billy Joel
Easy Listening classics such as Andy Williams and Bond themes
Jazz, Swing and Bossa Nova.
Pop Hits (KT Tunstall, Keane, The Police, Stevie Wonder, Robbie Williams, Stones)
Adam Day (piano/keys) has played major festivals, arenas, studio recording, TV and music videos including the fabulous ’Mike Flowers Pops’.
Dave Duckmanton (Vocals) has toured extensively in the UK and Europe with a wide variety of bands.
Both artists are playing together in Tight Fit (reformed) with the original members who had several hits in the 80s including The Lion Sleeps Tonight.
Adding into the mix our love for live performance and sense of fun we turn any occasion into a memorable one.
We play private functions and particularly weddings and parties as well as bars and restaurants.
We can be booked as a 4-piece band too!
